Welcome to Shawlands United Reformed Church
We can be found at 111 Moss-side Road, Shawlands, G41 3TP. Our Sunday services are at 10am every Sunday where we celebrate communion, we also have night church on the last Tuesday of the month from 5pm – 7pm.
Steeped in the history of Shawlands, our church was built around 1909, originally part of The Churches of Christ movement which became part of the United Reformed Church in 1981.
We are a small group of lively, outward focused people who span the age range. We are united in our love of God, and desire to be God’s disciples in our world. Being a smaller church has its challenges, however, it does mean that we know each other and can learn to get to know newcomers more easily than bigger churches.
Our church hall is let regularly throughout the week and we have strong connections with all of the groups who make use of our building.
The Church is fully accessible, and all are welcome.
